Established in 2015, Bridge Professional Development Centre is a premier training and coaching provider based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
We specialize in delivering affordable and effective face-to-face and online training in soft skills. We offer one-on-one and team coaching in key areas like Life and Leadership Coaching, Executive Coaching, and Career Coaching — all facilitated by experienced, ICF-certified coaches. We also facilitate retreat programs for organizations for team building purposes. We also teach English for Specific Purpose. We are able to design a tailored made English language programs for a specific role. Catering to individuals, groups, and organizations across the public, NGO, and commercial sectors, we offer programs that are stretching, motivating, and tailored to individuals. As a social responsibility, we run a Reading Champions program designed to promote reading for pleasure by helping children develop strong and lasting reading habits. Our mission is to train, coach, and empower clients to reach their full potential, both professionally and personally.
